once i get to lvl 61, im wondering if i should go to the donwhang cave to train or taklamakan. any ideas? also what r good places in the cave for training?

Depends on your build and lvl. Sometimes its better to go in the cave, on other moments you'd be better off grinding in takla. Also you might consider the lvl 70 Feather Cloaks in Roc Mountain. They got little HP in comparison to lvl 70 takla/cave monsters.

i prefer going to roc...
lv 70 feather monsters, hits hard but they are so slow and low hp/def that you'll kill them before they hit you

I can kill mobs in the cave, only they hit hard too. Input is always nice

Oh btw, the worms in takla, they are pretty easy, just wondering if I should move on. Also, before someone says it, yes, I can kill the lvl 70 feather mobs, only they can hit hard too.

Not @ lvl 61. Even in garms they'll get hit way to hard.

For both i'd say stick to takla till 63.
Stay at worms. In cave there's little room so you can get attacked by multiple mobs and die.

I wasn't reffering to level 61. For 61-64, Takla is fine. After that, if one can kill the nachals at a decent rate, and be hit for little damage, then that is the perfect place to grind. With high quality garments, at level 69, they would hit very little on me, and most of the time, I would grind without snow altogether, even with giants around. Not to mention the spawn rate is great, and there, AoE nuking is at its best.

Well, one of the main questions in this game that almost factors into anything will help you, and that is

How good is your gear?

For me, I have some gear with ok stats, and other parts are npc. If you have nice gear +3 and up with good white/blue stats, why not do the cave. Now you might be thinking, whats the difference, the mobs are around the same lvl in both areas. However, in the cave its so tight that there is a greater chance of you being hit by 2-3 mobs at the same time. Thats what ***** me over when I go in the cave without a party.

I went to the cave on lvl 60 (hybrid int s/s)
My guildies were in the cave till lvl 73/74.

So I would say the cave, it's great to grind there, I love it.

what about for a pure int wiz? im still grinding on worms at 64 but im wondering if nachals will kill me considering the pot delay

I did both.
lvl 60-64 I was at shakram/Eddimmu
lvl 64-65 I did some of the power earth ghost quests.
lvl 65-68 was at soldier earth ghosts.
lvl 68-70 was at Devil eyes and also moles a bit I'm INT so It was kinda hard in Cave cause it seem like they hit harder that takla mobs

i was hybrid int spear, stayed at yetis till lvl 63, then went to caves. i always fought mobs 1 to 2 lvls below me so i could kill them in 2 hits. stayed at caves till lvl 72.

For chinese bow I'd say yea you can go to bugs. Just get a good 60 bow.
For euro's 61 depending on the build either stay at yetis or worms.
