ok some of you may already know how do this...but for me this was a breakthrough

As many of you know ...the new update brought with it a new No-dc client...where you didnt disconnect upon failure to connect due to server traffic...well on the next update after that they removed it...so i found a way to get it back... all you do it...go here >>http://www.mediafire.com/?tdvu9hxlqtj<< download the client and save it to a folder...copy it and name it sro_clientnodc .....and make sure you have a backup of your current client right now... take the no dc file... copy it into silkroad folder...and delete the client already in there... now open sro ...you might get a error or something the first time..dont panic..just restart your pc...if you dont get an error...thats good too cause you wont have to restart your pc...now go in sro and it should be NO-DC... have fun ....now you might have to copy your regular sro client everytime theres an update.. and then copy your no dc back when you have finished updating your client.... have fun guys NO-DC FTW!

rofl....the sro client had it before ...so has is it non-legit? ehh who cares if it saves me time im using it...sry srf if you wanna ban me thats fine ....just thought id help out some people here...

Well the sro_client itself had it...now you have to download something to do it. idk to me there is a difference.

Wt.f, your not legit if you use no-dc client that sro provided for u? I think your just a noob who doesnt know how to save time!.Its designed for non silk buyers.

exactly....

look, im not going to get into a stupid online argument, but tampering with clients that are outdated to make a no d-c client is fully right. If Joymax was with the idea of a no d/c client, they would still have it. Now given, from what I have read, is that they removed it because it was causing AVG to bug out, but still. Honestly, its just a few more seconds to load it up again..
