How to ping Silkroad server?

Is there anyone knows how to ping silkroad server? who knows the ip address?

try to ping these ips
121.128.133.26 - gwgt1.joymax.com
121.128.133.27 - gwgt2.joymax.com

Maybe u should be more specific about what server u wanna ping! Those Ips above are Ips from Loginserver, not Gameserver Ips.

i tried pinging them, they drop IMCP it seems. The only way i know of is to use a tool like wireshark to analyze packet timestamps. someday i'll try and make a tool that can do that automatically...

As h33r0yuy has said, you can't really ping their game servers. The reason is because they are setup to only accept connections and reply to connections that the login server authenticates and stores in a "connection database". The window to connect to the world server from the login server is fairly small so on really laggy days (on your end or theirs), that is why you will get a C9 error. That is also why you cannot bypass the login server and login directly to the world server. There are also about 3 IPs per world server so maintaining an up to date ping list for the world servers would be kind of tricky.

Maybe JM has his firewall set up near correctly. Than you wont be able to ping em.

Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt
To check the ping type 'ping' and to trace route type 'tracert' then the ip after, you dont need the port.
