since the servers will be fckin crowded, and know one would be legit, i will quit immediatly

tbh id use it all the time, since joymax would be allowing and supplying it, and itd be easier than hand grinding, why not !

and wootpops he is not a rookie he has a 76 char and he lvls pretty fast as a cleric. he knows wat he is talking about, ut u dont.

lol i don't.. so your telling me if you joymax let you get lvl 90 and farmed off a mangyang you would still buy prem?
you would still buy item mall stuff?
you would still play the game?
if they condoned botting it would still take 2-3 months worth of silk to lvl up and thats minimum 15 bucks a month+ botters wanna lvl fast introducing the prem+ meaning 30 dollars a month.

I am barely holding on to the tiny fabric of hope i have for this game. If they released a bot I'd quit and just spend my 50$ a month on internet poker or something, ffs.

It depends, if they banned users of other bots, then I guess I would use it. Goldfarmers wouldnt really be able to bot because the cost of silk for the bot would cause them to loose money or force them to charge obsene prices for gold.

Idk about this, its actually a excellent question. I think the hardest thing for a legit player like me would be is what would legit mean?? To me legit is following rules and doing what is right. Now, if they actually enforced the bot, I would have a headache . Because my whole theory of what was legit would be killed. Though im Euro, so I like to party with people, my kinda gameplay. So I would remain bot free

if they did do that then it wouldnt be a matter of being legit or not because everyone would be it would just depend on if you want to take the time and learn what skills work when and where or just to get capped

I play MMORPGs for the journey, not just the destiny.

I'd probally play for a while then probally quit after I realized its become total bs

Just as a little FYI, this idea is not as farfected as it seems. Here's a few articles from Magic World Online: The most comprehensive in-game Robot you will ever see, Not an April Fool's Day Joke – The First MMORPG with a Legal Bot!

I took a look at the game and sure enough, they have something in there that is something 100x better than any of the 3rd party bots setup for Silkroad. Their official in game bot does it all, skills, healing, pathing, item pick up repair, all sorts of things. I had in game screenshots I had saved, but I don't have them on this computer (@ home now)

Talk about a game with no purpose if it's all there already, for gamers and programmers alike.

Botting would technically become legitimate.

I voted quit immediately, because:


- Smart player parties will no longer exist

You'll probably only see distribution parties, and if you see, and join auto share parties, they won't be able to react properly to bad situations (duh).


- Lack of communication.

Not being able to communicate with other players makes the tedious grind seem even more
tedious.


-Server traffic will be terrible

No more logging in without premiums. Period.



-No more players who actually play

Self explanatory


I probably missed a lot of stuff, but these are probably the worst.

If they're going to make this a bot game, why bother with it at all? Why fill up the servers with people botting for no other reason than to get gold, xp and sxp? Just put those things in the Item Mall, and make clear that this is now a game only for the rich. I'd quit instantly if they made botting legal; there's no reason to play a game where botting is the (legal) way to the level cap.

It's like smoking: it's not you that smokes; it's the cigarette. You're just the sucker at the end.

Now stop bothering me with posts about legal botting, and let me get back to my premium+ tickets.

i dont think they well do it but i hear that gm selling bot and it is legal in csro after lvl70 and i am not sure about that
