"Future Leaders Of Gaia"

I'm making a guild on the new anticipated server Gaia. It will be a hundred percent legit guild with both Chinese and European races. We have a website ( http://z15.invisionfree.com/GaiaForums )and hopefully will soon have a ventrilo server up. the strongest guilds are always those that recruit in game. thats where you will find your hardcore legit players.
forums are a magnet for weekend warriors. guilds made from forum members fall apart after a few days. look at Vengance on hera. look at the guilds that planned on comming to Venus before it opened. they did not make it past day 1.
members need to flow out of parties and in game friendships that you forge. people can only be 100% relied on to do 1 thing, mess up. thats the only thing you will ever be able to expect from someone without being dissapointed.

I agree with you Fly. But Im just getting all the people together. After few days all the legit hardcore players will remain in the guild and others will be banned.

I recently restarted on Venus after leaving 2 weeks after the server opened. The party situation in Venus isn't too bad.
Many high-level people in BHA/Avalon dual-union are nice enough to powerlevel you (or atleast grind with your pt to help out) at lower levels. It shouldn't take you more than than a week to hit level 30. Now that 90 cap has come, many high level legits and botters alike are busy grinding, thus forcing many low-level Euro players to actually
grind (instead of being powerleveled/powerbotted). Just a week ago, there were tons of powerlevel parties in party match, but recently that number has dropped significantly. You should be able to find parties from Punishers and higher now.
Since you are level 3X, you will notice that there are a bunch of Sungsung pts going around. Join one, add good players of the party to the friend list, and call them up the next time you want to grind. People know a good player when they see one. If you are a good tanker, your presence in parties will be highly sought for.
By the time you reach Penons, you will have a solid list of friends that you can rely on not screwing up in parties. At that point, majority of the bad Euro players simply give up and quit too. Grinding shall be a lot easier at that point because by level 40, players have a good idea what their class is supposed to do (well, majority of them. I did have a bad Penon party earlier today because 3 of the 4 level 4X tankers were simply horrible).

It isn't that the guild falls apart because of 'weekend warriors', it's that they can't get in the server. Without a premium card, it's difficult to even play this game for most legits, and eventually players just give up because of it.
Hardcore players tend to put up with it, but that's because they've had to deal with it since the beginning, or they invest some real cash into getting silk.
I'd just say don't bother with a new server unless you plan on 'paying to play' for the first serveral months.

Actually it takes me an hour to login sometimes and sometimes i get lucky and login on my first try its just an lame excuse.

Actually it takes me an hour to login sometimes and sometimes i get lucky and login on my first try its just an lame excuse.
You mean recently? The servers haven't always been getting cleared like they are now.Trying for an hour to get into a game? No comment.

hmm i agree with what fly said. hera had about 150ppl or so who said they would play but we only saw like 40 actively. i guess the crowd may have something to do it as well.
if you guys are really serious about Gaia, get the GT lol, it'll be worth it and you'll definitely need it.

. and if you think you will quit..don't play lol. it won't help the Gaia legits if you just lvl up to 40ish and quit before the FW >.<. but the summer is coming and hopefully you guys will get lots of ppl.

Losing the FW? Nahh...not me I will try to get more help and keep trying. Besides, why are you guys scared of bot players?They wont be fully farmed, so there is nothing to be scared of we just need lots of wizard and clerics. few tankers. Chinese are welcome!

actually we will lvl faster than bots by alot, all we need is 2 tankers, 2 wizard, 2 clerics, 1 bard and 1 warlock. ( we can replace on of the wizards with a rogue xbow)
