In the update thread there used to be a promising update of a sort of slot machine thing that contained premium items and SoX as prizes. You had to buy the game ticket with silk then go to the machine and it would generate a list of prizes. If you won then you took your wining ticket to the npc and claim your prize.

So does KSRO even have this anymore and what happened to the information about it?

Do you guys think we will ever get it?

Ksro has it and isro won't get it because of CCF.

CCF lottery ticket then do the thing. Win something, transfer to mule or main. You just effectively stole money from Joymax. That is why they won't allow it, Isro Community is... err, well look around, in game.

They could put it into our game, but with limits like astral/immo(Not like that really solved much.. but it did prevent 99% of the CFFing them)

Like must be a certain level to use it and limited to buy <Insert number> lotto tickets a day/week.

Same with the avatar suits. They know they got their money after it's been like.. when was the last time wings came out? lol but yeah.. should be able to trade/stall them after some time.

Do u want another stack of mp grains? Payed with silk this time?

on csro this is CCF is prevented by item tracking which account the illegal item goes to so even if somebody were to transfer it to a mule, both will be banned

maybe csro will get the update but not isro

Then it would screw legit users. When people CCF'ed on isro they put full stalls of gold tickets up. With 100's of legit user buying them they would ban a lot of real people other then the the real ccf'er's account.

I remember hearing that another reason it won't be implemented is because of different internet gambling laws internationally, for instance, internet gambling is illegal here in Australia. Since it's an international game, they are unable to implement it.

That is an excellent point, but I dont think it warrants throwing out the idea entirely...

They could always do something with in-game gold / items. Just everyone that wants to can submit a certain amount of gold per ticket, (with a limit of course so that gold buyers couldnt really effect it in any way).

yeah its a very valid point made about the gambling thing...

but im sure korea has its own rules and stuff about the whole "gambling"
thing...

maybe they wont implement it cause they feel too guilty for stealing our money to get into the damn servers....

and also the people buying the silk are "18" and over.... haha

but anyways... its not like we need the lottery... every1 just finds about 2 sox's a day 9th degree...

thats a good idea to get gold out of the economy, let them blow all their $$ on it hehe

they could make it easy and make it so the items can't be traded besides your storage which means they'd be stuck on the account they were won from, which means ccf wouldn't be an issue. i think the reason we won't get it is because of the so called morality issue of gambling and the international version. I guess killing and stealling is ok but having a drawing of the symbol of Allah, going around in underwear, and gambling are wrong

Kinda stupid if thats really why, ccf.

They could easily get around CCFing >.>, make stuff you win untradable for a month or so for one, or just untradable like item mall itmes, and give em a nice unique glow like honor sox lol.

non tradeable would suck though, because what if youre a glaiver and you get a wizard staff??

they could do it but just make the items untradeable, so they would be a lotterySoX that couldnt be traded across different accounts. i bet if they ever do impliment that. thats how they will do it.

umm start a wizzard? or they could make it so you can win a choice of your weapon.

It's pretty sad though,the lottery could really help some beginning players out.

With the prices skyrocketing and all. Money makes the game that much more fun.

i dout it sro tends to post stuff to get us excited then rip it away silently so no one remembers....
