Does someone else get this message " can not connect to server because it s currently under inspection " ?

I get it every day since the update , randomly in the day , after a dc and it last for about 2 hours.

first time i noticed at 5h30 , and waited to 8h30 till it works again ( after a modem reboot )
second it was dead at day time, and worked at night,
today it just started....
it s kinda annoying.

nope never had that
if there is an inspection it shouldnt allow you to open the game.

my bad for today :
rev6 says " inspecion "

but other days i asked friends and they were in game ,

my bad² if there are many threads about it allready.
