Chinese beginner quests missing

i hope this is the right place for this

before the update i wanted to try a new chinese char
went to 2 different servers and made new char
then went to the General in JG for beginner quests
guess what, There was none, reloaded SRO tried again
None, made new char none
Went to different server same problem

Does anyone know if this is fixed with legend 3 update?

yh same here...

i went to a new server and i got no one to help me so i have to get my own stuff and save some gold and the chinese tut quest gives some equip and opens some other quests if i can remember right

It's more than just free stuff, it's so annoying to start your character, and even if you're level 90, if you don't do the first quest, every time you move it's like "DING DONG!!! I'LL EXPLAIN HOW TO DO TEH MINI MAPZ LUL!!!" and if you get your berserker gauge full "DING DONG!!! LULZ IT'Z TEH POWER BUTTON!!!"

It's annoying!
