My comp has silkroad on it (legend 3 update) and it is not worki ng it says not installed then i visited the sight and it said Silkroad online legen3 is alredy installed would u like 2 reinstall it? so can som1 please help? :?

Restart your com, if that doesn't work then reinstall.
