What mobs will drop 9D sos, som, sosun??

does anyone have any idea what mobs will drop the 76 sos, som, and sosun gear or weapons??

Any monster that drops 3rd Tear 8D or any monster that drops 9D items i presume.

64-90 should be able to drop SoS
SoM drops starting with the tier 2 mobs (80)
SoSun drops starts with the tier 3 mobs (85)
Dunno if this is righ tho (the SoM/SoSun)
