people are assuming the races based on konpaka or w.e it is :p but they have the areas already on the official website O.o

Just because the location is available doesn't mean there will be a race. There's a Western China and a China, but that doesn't mean there's a Western Chinese and Chinese race. Just because there's going to be "Heaven" doesn't mean there's going to be a Heaven race. India is just a new location.
