when installing the update, i know a lot of u are gonna have problems. Like "it says i have the wrong client".. u do not have to DL it again.. just turn off ur firewall/antivirus programs and it should work.

im posting this so 100's of people wont spam with new topics with the same problem.

Shouldn't need to post this. Most of the technical issues posted here are pebcak related.

What also works is not only uninstalling your sro, but also totally remove the directory from your computer, it helped with a friend of mine when we got legend 2

rename you SRO directory to like "Silkroad1" and everything should be fine

Is the any direct download that supports resume?

Because I can´t understand the peer client doesn´t support resume.

Most DL accelerators support resume. DAP, etc...

Looks like some of us are getting a message that is saying we can't install it.

I get this message if i am conected to internet:

"This is a client file that can be used after the Legend 3 update.
...."

If I am not connected to internet a similar message but is shorter.

I renamed the old folder where the old version was and i got the same messages, i change the date thinking that maybe this is a problem i got the same messages.

The installer looks like an SFX ZIP archive. In case i will get this error after the server inspection the only solution i see is to extract the files into a folder and to try to launch the game, maybe it will work (in case it needs some registry key that installer should add then probably it will not work)...

wait til their site is done with inspection then try.

Now I was able to install the game.

Offtopic: Hope the map with the monsters in Rok Mountain I have is correct, when the inspection will be over I want to go with my lvl 72 cleric in Rok Mountain :p .
