how to change password

in earlier times, you could change your pw. but i just tried and it did not work. is it still possible?

1. go to
http://www.joymax.com/portal/2. login
3. click manage account
4. send verification code
5. login to the email you verified with and follow the instructions
6. click account password modification
7. change it and click comfirm
