It is impossible to Log in. I just bought some SILK and I have been trying for the last 3 hours off and on. It will not let me on

the wizard one looks weird becuase they made the model size shortest, while also making the model..weight? largest. So shes short and chubby and her legs are short.
The 2handed one is regular.
