Who wishes that EURO chars never existed?

im curious to know who on this forum thinks that EURO update never should have happened. I'm talking about the characters at least..the towns are OK, but EURO CHARS upset the game balance...think if it were all chinese still. The game would be more fair and more intresting.

i know..this will prlly turn into a FLAME TOPIC about how everyone thinks EUROS are better..but i hope it doesnt. Im just curious to know who thinks it would be more fun without the EUROs.

and most ppl are gonna read this, and say i was mad that a EURO char owned me in pvp or sumthing, and thats why i made this topic...and u are wrong..b/c i dont have a problem with EURO (even tho id never make one) but i was just curious to see how many ppl here would think SRO is more fun without the EUROs.

Sorry game is balanced. A wizard cant 1 hit a chinese because they can get fire wall if they dont have it its there problem.

I actually like the Euro chars better than the chinese chars, I had a chinese char, I dont like it much. Everyone has their preferences. I honestly dont like how the chinese chars look, i like a few of the chars faces but i dotn like the gear and the stuff. not my thing.

game is balanced atm. if wiz/rogue can 1 hit kill u, u can 1 hit skill them too. they can go invisible?u can detect them. if u are smart, wiz/rogue cant do much to u. chinese have ice/fire wall, which would make u immune to wiz/rogue. u can easily counter warlocks debuffs and curses with force (too bad not many ppl use it). to play 2h, u need to be smart. its not as ez as u think it is. u need to know which skill to use when. u cant just keep on pressing 123 and win. dont forget euros have pot delay.

i like euro cause imo they are easier to lvl. imo they get more sp, and u can have fun with them.

Euro's were meant more for party play, which is why they are stronger. But at the same time a major weakness is their pot delay. Although they kinda overpowered euros in Isro even more by shortening that, which I think threw off the balance some. But regardless I'm glad it happened. Can't wait to see what Islam has in store though. Will they be stronger, weaker, or just plain gaaayy.

euro was a good addition to the game which before that was at the risk of consolidating to just a few common chinese builds, pure str glaive/fire and pure int sword/fire. euro threw in more variety and together with the skills update, made many players experiment with more different builds, which makes the game a lot more interesting.

There are plenty of Euro botters out there. Most of them have a Rogue/Bard build or 2h Warrior/Bard build. They will grind with you in 8-man parties, but as soon as they leave the party, they will turn their botware on. Pluto server is especially notorious for having botters like those.

Blader at 90 cap are expected to get a skill which lowers their defense in order increase their physical attack. Just like Rogues, Wizards etc sacrifice skills.

If it wasn't for the Euro expansion I'd probably quit playing a long time ago. Depending on how one feels about Joymax, that can either be a good thing or a bad thing. In my opinion, game play was becoming too stagnant. We needed more variety and different ways to play. Euro came and provided all this. While some people prefer just sticking to one way of playing, I enjoy a little variety. I like trying out new things and analyzing builds to test their potentials. That's the only reason I keep playing Silkroad- to experiment with new variables.

When my Chinese was finally capped and I had PvP'd and jobbed to my heart's content, there was nothing else to do but socialize. Now that Euro is here, I'm once again capped and the gameplay has grown weary once more. So here comes Roc Mountain. Right on time.

A lot of my old friends left after the Euro expansion though. =[ So I made a little portrait of all my friends that used to hang out with me at Jangan West Gate. Here

they got upset when it said something at the blacksmith´s leg in hotan, maybe they get even more upset now when they got a whole new race xD or they will just play with Islam chars.

to topic: i think the euros messed up the games to much no fun anymore when every traderun have 2+ clerics and wizards with them so really hard to rob the trades
