Im tired of people bitching about the gold bots on all the servers yes they suck and they fill up the server which causes server traffic. Ask yourself this do you really think joymax is going to ban them hell no !!!! Just look at the bot bans notice how they ban say maybe 1,000 bots two days later guess what more bots are created. Since the rise of gold bots ( which joymax owns) the more people buy premiums which gives joymax more and more money. They don't care about the customers at all because they know we are not going to quit the game because we are all so addicted to it. If you ask me its smart on there part from a business point of view but sucks for the consumers but what can you do this world revolves around money. The only way to stop the gold bots is everyone quit the game lol which wont happen and stop making topic's about quiting the game no one cares.

They dont own them, but they made a lot off profit from them. If they wont they could eliminate them for good, but why would they?

how hard is it to make gold on sro! i mean, im lvl 24 and ive got 20mil already and that was with no effort, btw its not a contest to see the amount of gold u had at lvl 24, im just showing how easy it is.

ok lets see. about 5mil on lvl 5d stuff (i have sos +3 32 weap already)
15m 6d stuff (minus weapon)
that means i can get to about lvl 52 without too much problem with money, its just an estimate and im just showing how easy it is to make money.

Thanks for the tip Einstein. And people make topics that leave the forums usually because they are a known member, and ppl won't go "WtF happened to that dude?". We know that it's pointless to b1tch and complain, but the way you are putting it is no better. We already had a topic on this and even found proof of JM owning gold selling companys. (Which in my opinion is how they are able to ban gold bots so easy). But this thread will not help that either. And of coure if your going to b1tch about the company that makes this game, then gtfo noobs.

If most people can't afford sun then most people won't have sun and you wouldn't have to worry about bumping into a sun player because the probability would be so low. If you want sun it will be rare because the gold bots and bots wouldn't flood the market with gear and gold that doesn't belong. In other words: Penfold is right. No gold buyers: No Gold bots: No inflation: Less Sun: Lower Incentive to buy gold: Less gold buyers.

Some people forget that people buy premium for more than the log in benefit and even if servers are easy to log into people will still buy premiums for the other benefits offered. The reason I say this is that if people only bought premiums for the log in benefit, then what incentive would their be to pay more for a gold or plus ticket if all a buyer seeks is the right to log in. Also Ksro's premium ticket doesn't offer a preferred access bonus to it yet they still manage to sell a good number of them because of the added bonuses. What I do find funny is some people don't realize the reason why our premium ticket was given the log in bonus was because of users complaints that they couldn't log on to use their golden tickets. You could argue that JM used that idea to offer a new ticket for silk buyers to use their ticket for the sake of making a profit rather than fixing the problem directly but it wasn't solely made out of greed.

The gold bot problem is not an easy task to solve and most MMOs have a constant problem with this as well. Constant bot bans can slow the amount of gold gold bots can make but gold bots can still operate at low levels because their only purpose is to get gold, which is possible at any level. Although my knowledge on programming is slim, another option would be to keep modifying the client to prevent tampering however there's the problem of people being able to quickly adapt to the changes in the client as shown when the Legend I update came. IMO the only practical way to get rid of the gold bots is to cut off the demand for gold, which is much easier said than done since there are those who are greedy enough to do what ever they can to be on top.

Also about your claim that JM owns/runs the gold bots, you need to support that claim with evidence. I could say JM was responsible for the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand but if I can't back it up with proof linking the two then it's a weak claim. I'm not believing any conspiracy theories on JM and how they're makers and owners of bot programs in their own game until I see some hard, factual proof.

I also highly doubt that Joymax owns the gold bots. If they wanted to sell gold they could just create it. If they wanted people to have to use premiums they could just make it so there are less slots but have it appear to be the same amount.

They are affiliated with such a company, the company is Polish and is one of Joymax' partners. The Egyptian E-Pin is of similar "heritage". That is still not enough to prove they (Joymax) owns the gold bots.

The thread you speak of is different from the thread dragon speaks of. The thread you posted about was proven to be a false positive due to the numerous companies with the name, "Joymax". What we did manage to discover is how under-staffed the US office is.

I don't think joymax owns gold bots because

1) They could just produce billions with out having flood the server with bots.

2) Less real player space in the long run will only serve to lower profits (new/fresh players or vets wanting mail items)

3) Costs of having many companies set up and to run the gold bots.

Its clear to me that joymax are yielding benefits from gold bots = PT sales but I don't think that they own bots or sell gold to sad cheating SCUM. After all if they didn't buy gold there would be no market for it.

LOL Joymax recently had a bot ban.....whats the point though? Within 1 hour of the ban every bot logged back in and servers got crowded again >.<

That was at east gate in Jangan in Pacific it dont stop that they come again and again =/

its really hard for some people my old friend couldnt even get 10mil... but he is a really stupid kid, bought a GDF (gold dragon flag) for 22mil lol... (only worth about 10)

The other thing that is confusing is people that even DARE to buy gold from these people. My cousin tried to do it and said they wanted their phone number so that they could verify the option that he used to purchase the gold. He said no way, and they refunded him his money, which surprised me, but it freaked him out enough to change his card number! LOL!

So ya don't you think that this information gathering on top of all the card information is just a sham to get their accounts? (Credit/Debit that is)

Hey! I resent that...

a friend of mine (and me) trade a lot, hes a trader im a hunter.
he got about ... 8m today ? it was 7m and 1 more 5* after that so.
i also got around 2.5m myself, without the money ill get at the end of the week.

so if your not to lazy, be a trader, get to meet some high level hunters, and make some money that way if you dont want to stall.

Tired of these topics... just dont talk about the goldbots >.>
