how do i create an account to connect to the other game server?
i followed the instruction below but dont work

Why don't you ask on their forums?
Also, if you look at the link you supplied, you would notice that it says the registration page is offline...

theres a guide on their forums, atm the registration page is closed, just wait for it to open again
