i read that warlocks gain zerk points pretty quick. one guy said they get full zerk every 10 mins, and another said they gain zerk every 2 mins . so i wanna know, do warlocks gain zerk fast? and if yes, howcome?

yes they do. i had a warlock char once and got zerk every 10 kills or so
you have to use curses i believe to gain the zerk points faster...
so use two curses and nuke...and repeat. should get zerk points fast that way.

yea just dot everything around you and as they die you get zerk orbs.

I've seen warlocks get 3 zerk orbs in 10 seconds.

nice . so i guess it wont matter if they kill slow on normal mode causee they can keep on zerking

the theory was that the dots stayed on after the mob died, so it was like killing the mob over and over again...

This will be changed. The durability will doubled and the rod wont break that easily anymore.

Viagra will strengthen that rod so it never breaks again .

On a serious note, has it been proven that warlocks gain zerk fast? My wizard gains zerk fast because its always a one shot battle against mobs; so it might just be that.

I don't get that, why do Warlocks gain zerk faster than others? Is there a special skill or smt that help them to get it faster? I never heard anything about this. Any proof?

Nah it just happens cuz of the damage over time spells.
Do that on multiple targets and stuff and you'll get zerk every 3-5 minutes depending on your warlock leetness.

its just that they attk a lot. i have a wiz and i get zerk like every 7 minutes

Yes warlocks get zerk fast. I can get zerk in less than one minute. I took time with a watch earlier when I was soloing some mobs. After (1 minute) zerk I got the bar full in 40-60 seconds. Sometimes I even use zerk as a 1-minute speed drug when I'm bored of running slowly and have no horses.

eatch bar of zerk lats 30 seconds. so it would go longer then 1 min.

umm...there are 6 bubbles, zerk lasts for one minute thus each bubble lasts ten seconds.

what? O.o woah.... me and my friend timed it. eatch bubble 30 secs. and i read some were that eatch bubble is 30 secs. i stand corrected.

6 bubbles at 30 seconds each that would be zerk would last 3 minutes silly, I wish it worked that way xP

My own experience:
Rogue: I've got my berserk to full every 5 minutes, active hunting.
Warrior: This is the slowest of all so far I've played, I need about 15 minutes... >.<
Warlock: What happened when I was doing the red scorpion quest at level 42... I've used my berserk about 10 times before my friend could even use 1.

My answer is yes. Curses make you able to gain berserk really fast, but as fast you gain the berserk points, your durability goes down.

@brentonsbbe359: Wrong. There are 5 bubble, each lasting 12 seconds. I can make a video later if you want.

At least it felt that way when I played my euro vs my chinese.

as far as ive seen, the 6th zerk bubble doesnt count.

becuz bubbles rock! duh!

some say its killing speed. but killing speed can help you gain more since you
kill more. thisi s true for other builds, but for warlocks people have noticed
that thanks to DoT spells you can actually gain several bubbles from one kill.
This i have not seen on any other build thus far. As well somethinhg cool to try,
DoT spell several mobs and then zerk, each time it hits it makes the zerk hit
noise and does more dmg.
