Back in the day where there was no alchemy and weapons with blues used to worth a lot? im talking about a long time ago, you used to see everyone rushing for isy and no euros around, you could put on any suit for job anytime you wished to, and had your own name not an alias, when there was mercs and owning weapons was sos 8d.. lol good old days.. You barely see bots, and GM's where more involucrated to the game.. i even remember i saw Gargamel on jg south a couple of times.

My friend and I used to be traders with 1 loot, we'd go to like the northern bridge west of jangan and hide in a bush and drop our loot there.

Then we'd put on our thiefs suits and steal each others 1 loot and go popping lvl 20s lol.

ahhhh yess the good old days

I miss those days

Pft that wasn't even that long ago.

it was good, it was grand

and being able ot log in after school

By the time they added mercs, it was quite clear the game was going down the shitter. GMs had stopped giving a shit long before that.

Mm, they were fun but not that much different to now imo. There has always been some bots - 60cap was the only time where they were actually frowned upon amongst the community. GM's were never properly active as much as people love to say OMG I LOVE GARGAMEL... he never did shit. They never fought the bots and have never been active.

The game was good and has been declining ever since - that isn't to say i dont still like it.

and no codes 4 bots and barely and server traffic lol

hehe i almost forgot about summon scrolls, they were good hehe, those mobs used to drop globals. there was also no premium or sp ticket, ony gold ticket, i forgot to add also when item mall was first introduced people used to sel monkeys and gold tiket for like 2m each lol.. no gold bots so noone bought gold, economy was balanced, sos 64 weapons wee worth like 300-400m and that was a LOT! now 400m is nothing lol..

I remember when you just had to hold in enter and you would get in soon enough, i would put gluetack on my enter key and go AFK and come back logged in.

Popping 1*'s was so much fun, i loved it.

And i loved making people with mercs go murderer, so much fun!

I remember monster scrolls.
mmmmm Server Venice...southgate Jangan when about 10 parties of 8 spawned all at once like 20 scrolls so there was like 1600 penon all in one little spot. looooooool.

Lol i remember when i hit 80 i had like 30 monster scrolls and i did the global GM trick it was like this

When there was so many people i spawned generals on everyone, pretty much everyone died.

love that, my old guild master must have bought like 500 mon scrolls and 100+ pandoras...

also the mercs sucked though =[ and the bug ... ppl would take off thief on a horse and mercs would nuke the horse =[

Hahaha oh yah, people used to go crazy and spawn all those monster scroll at dw south, like 1k mobs there impossible to move haha but very funny indeed, miss those times..

+1 =) i was lvl 21 back then. i had my sos lvl 16 spear that i ended up giving to some guy and i never saw it again

Also the zerk bar was reversed, so if you missed clicking the stats button you might accidentally set off zerk =P

Yeah the good old days. I remember being pissed one Friday evening as the server was crowded. I couldn't get in for almost 12 minutes!!! I feel so spoiled now

i rememmber before the aliases and about 6 months earlier too
they were good.
im not sure if they still happen but the weekly inspections got rid of bots for a day or two. those 2 days were nice

Someone should make a private server 60 cap or 70 cap game, that'd be sweet.
