does anyone know how it works? and whether if we will be getting it for our 90 cap?

I believe you buy a ticket number and you get a chance of getting a nice gear or weapon. Such as a sox item. I don't know if we're getting it for 90 cap.

Charge gold and people will just buy gold for it. In other words the guy that buys the most gold gets the best stuff once more.
