yep generals should be dropping D9 but drops third teir D8 instead. =/

It will switch on and off.
Some from generals will be Third Tier 8D and some will be 9D.

so, they have the range of lvl76-80 to drop something, and up to lvl77 that could be a last tier leg/chest/necklace

u ever got a lvl 72 weapon off of a general... i know i have the range is lvl 72-80... well thats what i think

They will drop 8D weaps atm, but once they release new update, i'm guessing they'll drop 9D (don't know if as well as 8D), but that's what i'm guessing.
