0x33 Closing down???

Someone pmmed me this said he couldnt post it so ill do it not sure if its real.
Forums closing
Next week, the 0x33 Forums will be closing. They will remain archived for a short period, in which you can save any information you would like to keep.
As to why, the answer is simply that we're done here. It has been our intention for some time to move on, and the time has come. I realize this may come as a disappointment to many, but I feel the change is needed if we're to succeed in the future. This is not the end of 0x33, just the end of this chapter. We will take this time to focus on new projects, to consider our successes and failures here, and to improve.
I would sincerely like to thank our staff, our members, and everyone that's been a part of 0x33 over the years. It's been a great experience, and I hope to see many of you in the future.
In the meantime, we will be keeping our IRC channel active. Join us at #0x33. You may also find some of us around at threestone.org.

Yes, 0x33 is closing down. As in, the forums are closing down. Not softmod. They're moving on.

Yes that is correct.
Dunno if it's for good though, but as stated above SM will be continued to be cracked so don't get your hopes up.

The forums are shutting down. SM is still available. Even if softmod wasn't available anymore, there are other ways to bot. Pretty much, won't change a thing.

Made no sense.
Shame for the active community.. that was with TIMES more active than SRF. Eventhough I never posted there I always found tons of useful info and discussions there, things I can never find here.. since all the contributing members got banned.

Softmod Wont be avalaible if noone updates it most of 0x33 Programmers are moving on to different things.

Yeah, eventually SM won't be available. Depends if they want the $$$ or not.

I would think that one big update ((90 cap)) will kill SM altogether.

yes, sm will be maintained for a short time.. 90 cap will most likely kill it. Most 0x33 members are moving on to bigger and better games and other projects.
You know a game is almost dead when the playerbots decide enough is enough.

Does SRO-related contribution only appear in the Guides section? I personally love browsing and replying to some topics in the Characters and Skills section.
And there was alot more helpful replies in that section.. and it was more active than it is now. Why? Because you banned OTL posters? I dont bleedin think so.
