One more player is gone

Yesterday my guild lost another player.
I m not sure if he is going to bot, or to quit but the same reason :
- one more bot is no harm.
- everybody do it
- i m bored dying
- no one that Really play in the lower level ( all plvl or bot )
etc...
Since i started Advent , ( silkroad beta, at the opening of Troy server )
and after the bot raising , i think that i recruited ; played with ; helped ; about a hundred of players ,
wich all ended up to leave the game for those kind of reason
( + racism, no loggin, no answer from support, c7,8,9,10.. error, ??? errors, insane marketprices making them unable to keep going and so on )
Some players hang on, but mostly the 18 + with a job to pay the silk, and (no kidding) a mentality strong enough to not look at all the sh*t in iSro.
I just wanted to make this post to say that i am sad to have so much troubles to make a big legit guild.
and even more sad when I remember that when sro was at cap 60 and still beta ( before the dw cave ) I was in a 8/8 union almost full of active players.
It was the gold age, when a high level was exping lonely in the last area, when people fought so much , but not like the noob pvping and cursing for no-reason nowadays.
The time we made big "dancing" meeting in dw just for fun, when players used to TALK , with other words than " i'm on gt "or " plvl plz " ...

This is happening to my guild members too. but w/e if you cant handle it, im not gonna cry for them

We're experiencing the same thing, we lost about 5 people who turned to botting for the past few weeks. I really couldn't convince any of them to stay anymore. Oh well, it's sad that it's happening to a lot.

that is so not true i dont have one lv 20+ char atm i dont use gt or any silk items and i still stay legit and play surronded with bots guildless i wish the game wouled be bot free
lots off lower lvls good parties etc etc...

We are trying to fix that kind of thing in Venus, really. We do need more legits, always more legits to refresh the pool, but they trickle in.
New people arent really coming to iSRO. JM needs to really look at what they are doing.
Hopefully Fly will have some luck with his little project....

SRA has been working on its own pserver forever... 100% legit, non botting, well run with plenty of GM involvement.

so you mean, we can all pop on in knowing that its bot free? like if there is a bot somehow, he will get banned?

Take heart dude, being a legit is rly hard.
This whole stuff is like a war betveen man and machine. You know the odds but never give up... i hope
Inteligence and learning is the key... imho. Teach your ppl how to make money. This is the only way to keep them legit. You have to give them tools to fight with. Share you secrets, take out the black sheeps and show them an example, that being legit isnt impossible.

i don't get it.. who cares if the game is infested or corruption... you play by urself and you enjoy it to pass the time. you grind to find items and boast about it on global to whoever still looking at SR. I could careless about the people around me... i just play my own game. that's how i never get bored of sro.
