Hey guys. PayPal accidentally did a chargeback on my account and I don't know why they did that. Now my Silkroad Account is blocked. Is there a way to restore my account? Perhaps stop PayPal from doing the chargeback and pay Joymax again?

Dunno why paypal would do that. However i think the only way to reverse chargeback is to rebuy your purchase.

How can you rebuy silk when you cant log in your account??

Ye, they wont let me back in my account. So there's no way for me to rebuy the silk. Also, I e-mailed JM using the e-mail address pay@silkroadonline.net though I have not gotten a response yet. I've been a silk buy ever since I started the game and never had any problems till now ;(

got to wait it out iv had a few people who have had the same problem

Yeah my mistake, but anyhow Joymax will still want to take the money from you :p

Well, I do want my account back and never wanted my money back so long as I get my silk back also.

Though, there are no other ways for me to contact JoyMax other than via e-mail which is....

I take up to 20 days after paypal remove the chargeback for Joymax to investigate your account and remove the ban.

In other word you need to contact Paypal and make paypal remove the chargeback.
If you activated a premium item... xD
They aren't going to give you your time back, but that the least of your problem.

As for the 20 days, I know it long but it a maximum of 20 days.

As for complaining about all of this being unfair, well it pointless to cry over it.
Won't change anything this is how it work for everyone and there won't be any exception.

Joymax get spammed in the email pay@silkroadonline.net so the odds of you getting an answer is really low. First get Paypal to remove charge back. The spam joymax until your account is back or you get an answer of a GM telling you to wait an amount of time.

Go to http://www.paypal.com and Resolution Center-View Open Cases and u ll see there ur problem.Do whatever they want to do.Sometimes works sometimes not i dunno.Finally they want ur identification and credit card copy as fax i remember.When u have a result pm JM and w8 answer.

Contact paypal..ask why it was charged back..pay paypal back..contact them again asking them to send a email to joymax stating you payed and the charge back has been lifted (btw no forwarded emails) and then after that sgud take about 5 days and then u shud be unbanned...
