actually poc is 0%~-100% since the server is closed 
but rev6 doesn't know the exactly % as it says on the website it's a calculation of the past 10 minutes, 10 mins ago the server was open with 0-15% poc now it is technically 100% so the actual rev6 poc calculation is that

All the newer servers are open but we (venus) all had like a 30 second major lag, half the server DCed. (I survived, yay)
