my answer is no.
like i care if you call me noob, or is it nub? or noobnuts? nubcake? why would you calling me that offend me, LOL.
example,
i accidentally KS.
anon = OMG NUB
me = yes, i'm noob, thanks.anon = Noooob
me = yes, do you need anythinganon = suck my ball.s
me = come here, i willanon = fa.g
me = that's right, i'm gayanon = go suck you fater c.ock

depends on how the person takes the offense, to me noob= im a loser, a idiot or stupid, so ya id be offended depending on the situation

Considering the average age of people playing this game, I'll just ignore it. Besides, most of the knowledge in this game that makes you "not a newb" is available on forums such as this one. Not like anyone is super knowledgeable.

"noob" is not really the kind of word i get offended by.
i often use it as a childish swear word, like when i'm being funny.
i don't consider it offending to anyone tbh.
i mean, cmon. it's an internetword for somebody who lacks knowledge,
mostly referred to knowledge of a game lol.

j/k noob is just an abused word by turks and by people who can't express their failure in any other way when you own them in PVP.

Depends who is telling me that I'm noob (and if he is serious) ... if its someone who I respect I'm not offended ... I just dont feel good ... And if its some random person I'm not ... I just /ignore him ...

word noob is so over rated, a low level calls a high lvl noob, a high level calls a low lvl noob, a lvl 1 calls a lvl 1 noob. Global fight, every1 calls each other noob, n00b, nub, etc.
edit: and no, i dont get offended in that game, doesnt matter what they call me.
