so if you do quests, would u get the same amount of xp/sp u would from grinding?

you get the same while doing the quest plus the bonus you get from completing it

It depends on what lvl you are compared to your quest. Do them all IMO. It's good Xpat higher lvls. Cause 5% is a lot.

i would be the same level as the quest, and i would only do the ones that gave xp and sp
