I noticed recently if the hurricane shot knocks down on 1st hit, the 2nd shot doesn't get fired at all. Does anyone know if it was always like that or is it a new glitch?

not glitch...

it has no down attack so if it is knocked down then it stops

I remember seeing it hit the 2nd time after knockdown, but this was months ago. Must be going skitzo
