90 cap and 8d euro suns

just a thought but do u think that euros wont get 80-90 skills for awhile and thats why all these 8D euro sox weapons are dropping?

idk? the question didn't make much sense. but if the GM's ar coming out with the 90 cap i bet they will have new euro skillages

Both chinese and euros will get skills 80-90 with 90 cap.
About the 8d euro SoX, it's just that JM probably activated 7-8d SoX euro early, and probably means we will get both chinese and euro 9d SoX with 90 cap.

The only chinese mastery getting new skills will be the blader. they get a shield buff, the rest just get new
books. Europeans don't get new skills or new books, but they can upgrade current ones. They don't lose any power, all that happens is pots are smaller and chinese gear is the same level as the chinese cap. (9d ends at 90) (i.e.) chinese harder to kill.

Smaller pots = decline of 1v1 pot fights
Better Gear = decline of one-shot wonders
Smaller pots = decline of European proficiency at 1v1
Smaller pots + Better Gear with no more One Hit wonders = Less solo (Euro) play, and more Party play.
8D suns won't help level 90s.
