That artwork has been around since the start of sro (if i'm not mistaken), since Islam was planned to be in the game from the beginning.
Maybe not all of them are old, but it's still just artwork. I'd start getting excited when they released in-game pics.

Theres a trailer for sro that has that last ninja due in it stealing a jewl form a multi armed fat guy statue if I remember right lol(budda I guess? >.>), pretty cool stuff.
also has a glimps of a bewbie!

That used to be on the official site for Isro, it was what deep.in based my original sig on.
@Jackal the statue he is jacking the jewel from is that statue at the hotan weapon shop.

Comparing the Euro and Chinese artworks to what we have in game, we pretty much have a high confidence that most of the artworks for Islam will be the same in game.
