So one of my guild master, well we rotate around, sometimes he's GM and sometimes I am and sometimes my other friend is. I asked him what he's doing, said he's grinding. I told him if he will grind, grind in an 8man party. Said that in an 8 man party, you killed party mobs with help of a party members which gives more exp and SP and at a faster rate. He said that 4man party gives him more SP and Exp with Premium, I didnt want to argue with him because he is in his late 40s. I told him, in 4man party, you're on your own which takes longer to kill.

So what you think, grinding at generals, 8man or 4man, which give more exp and SP in an 3 hours grind?

If you get more exp and sp from a 4 man party, then the 8man ones you're joining are with hella bad players.

+1... in shares u can kill pretty fast party mobs, and in a good share u can kill GP (gian party) in 1 min or less.. i try grind myself but there are shares everywhere and take bit long kill a pt mob solo so.. why u gonna do alone the work if u can do better with more people

8 man pt out of range of eachother increases your exp/sp too :O

8 Partys are more fun, and IMO faster grinding aslong as you dont get players going afk all the time. In an 8/8 euro party theres no doubt its faster than 4/4.

I find solo grinding on chinese faster than party grinding, but hey ~ thats just me.

Depens on how many healers/tankers you have.

If you have like 2 wiz, 2 healers and 2 tankers you get party mobs down in less than 45seconds.
^And then you only have 6 players.

oO two primary healers seems like overkill.

2 tanks, 1 healer, 1 bard, 4 wizards - good to go.
or 2 tanks, 1 healer, 3 wizards, and 2 others. The 2 blank others lets you specialize.

I personally hate having one healer.
When the one goes afk, you need to search another one. >_>

make sure your int party mates got cleric sub .

I say 6-man party.
your exp and sp rate is quick and doesn't get spread amongst to many players.

lol ya that would be insane, lol a lvl 80 takes more than a minute to kill a gp ong

Under ideal conditions an 8 man party would be faster to gain xp and sp compared to a solo grinding. However, maybe your GM is leveling in less than ideal conditions. Whatever works best.

Chinese does get less exp in 8man party.
One day I was powerleveled, I was chinese lvl 40 no gap and there was a euro with me lvl 40 no gap, and still, he got about 10-15% more exp/sp than me.
I wonder if chinese get more exp than euro while solo grinding(though i doubt it)

3 wizards, Int buffs, tanked by a warrior, Dance of Wizardry. Even 2 wizards, a warlock, Int buffs and Dance of Wizardry. Yeah... that big boy doesn't last very long, at all.

Sharing is caring so yeah, if u're in an autoshare pt full of bladers u'd still be getting higher exp hence higher SP..u'll gain more % in 4 man pt only if the 8 man pt u're joining is full of leechers

solo grind chinese bowman or nuker is faster, for the rest of chars .. party 8/8.

8/8 euro pt is faster ALWAYS than a chinese solo
i can hit 75k with 4 gap on a general giant party with zerk, a warlock and life turnover on
not even using bard dances

and every1 in the server wants to join our pt because they now they cant grind that fast!!!
