been trying to log in for the past 3 hours but not successful 
damn traffic
damn traffic...so stop trying?
3 hours of trying to log in seems somewhat ridiculous.

why are you people attacking me for being legit and not using softmod? if i do what 98% of people in silkroad servers do (get softmod), i'd spend 1 minute at most logging in without premium.
i aint giving no money to joymax for no customer service. do u pay a company in real life money if they dont ever respond to u and give u crappy server? no i dont think so

Do you really think no dc users log in within a few minutes just because they have the dc removed..They log in a bit faster perhaps, but they still have the same traffic xD

I think its funny when people complain about customer support but continue to play the game, then complain that they cant log in, but still wont buy a premium. You know what this game is and how it is ran either buy a premuim, shut-up and continue to try to log in, or leave the game.

If it isnt clear by now, this guy isnt here to complain about server traffic or accuse people of things. Hes trying to start shit, and hes trying to get people curious about softmod. This is just some jackass spill over from the sro.net boards. Thread should be close imo.

I've been playing almost 2 years and in that time nothing has ever changed, I was lvl 60 before I even knew what a bot was and when they started infesting the servers all's I've seen JM do is ban non silk buying gold bots, they do a ban and through out a list once and a while and the next day all those bots are back and at Jangan, the game is what it is and unfortunitly its in this condition, but from 2 years of experience I would bet my left nut that its not going to change any time soon. You say its the wrong way of thinking, what should we all sit here and be optimistic that things will change? its much easier to just realize what Joymaxs track record is and leave it at that, I could see if they ONCE EVEN ONCE provided good customer service then there could be a chance that it might happen again, but what makes you think that they are going to change.
