They don't release gear unless we can wear the whole set, we only had the first tier, there wasn't any of the second at the 70 cap.


The highest lvl of 3rd tier is 90, so we will should definitely get all 3 tiers.

they have to compensate for lack of skills. Do u really want to spend all that time and money to get cap just to find out u cant kill anyone, because ur skills are too low even though they are maxed? They lost alot of players for keeping the 70 cap for so long, and they didnt want to lose anymore.

This shows that we will have full tier's. Therefor the chance of 9D sun dropping is likely. Perhaps at first the drop rate of Sun was lowered as Europeans were first introduced to iSro as it would have been unnecessary for a Lv80 Chinese to get a Sun if Euros weren't even 64+, Joymax probably weren't expecting botters to reach 80 within 1 month and a half!!
