i keep gettin the ??????? dc everytime i log on its really fustrating sometimes i dont but then when i tp anywhere i get the ??????? dc this just started happening today

Hmm Maybe u need 2 upgrade ur graphic card drivers..it cud also be something to do with your internet.

hmmm dont have any money to upgrade my graphic card and my internet is like 12 mb so im not sure it is

if ur graphic card is integrated (ie. GMA etc.), den go to microsoft and find the latest update drivers

yea it happpens i ad it too but its gone and my graphic card is fine ^^

I deleted SroErrSender file from SRO folder to get rid off the ???? error.
Set Affinity to only CPU1 if you have dual core processon to get rid off crashes.

Both worked for me.

i downloaded the drivers still error.
i deleted the error sender still nothing it just gets out and doesnt show a error.
do i set affinity to sro client?

To set Affinity: (only if you have dual core processor)
1. Launch SRO
2. Press WINDOWS icon button on key board
3. Cntr+Alt+Delete
4. Find sroclient.exe
5. Press Right mouse button o nit
6. Select "Set Affinity"
7. Remove "mark" (sorry,dont know how to call it ) from CPU2
8. Close Task manager
9. Play SRO
10. Have fun

and/or restart comp (some times they have a brain freeze) open windows taskmanger (idk why but sometimes it helps...)

Lower the graphic setting. And disable some image rendering feature (in Control Panel, your graphic card setting)

What kind of graphics card are you using?

The affinity thing fixs random freezes, but for me at least, all I had to do to fix the question mark errors were change the exes in the sro directory to compatibility for 98/me or osmehting, goto the tech section.

I havent had the error in week or so.

I havent had any crash since the day i'm setting affinity to only one CPU

Anyway,here is tut how set comp. to 95/me

1. Right click on SRO icon
2. Properties
3. Compatibility
4. Select "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5. Choose Windows95/Windows ME
7. Apply/Ok
