assuming you get this at 90 cap, phy attck power 119 increase, so how much exactly is this 119 more?

from nivlam weapons: lvl 85 blade

Mars Moon Blade (+5)

Weapon type: Blade
Degree: 9 degrees

Phy. attack power 1143 ~ 1290 (60%)

lets say u hv a 85+5 60% blade, den u use this skill , 1290 + 119 = 1409

Mars Moon Blade (+8)

Weapon type: Blade
Degree: 9 degrees

Phy. attack power 1240 ~ 1387 (60%)

Mars Moon Blade (+9)

Weapon type: Blade
Degree: 9 degrees

Phy. attack power 1273 ~ 1420 (60%)

your blade now suddenly becomes fr +5 to a almost +9 after using the skill (2min), and + new stab book +5 crit, blader would be able to pwn nuker ( - shield phy def only, not mag)

but use wif caution against str char ie. warrior, glaive,dagger,xbow though

I would say its a pretty huge increase.
Only drawback is the 84% def reduced.
Thats gonna hurt for full int s/s.

Its like you get damage of a glavier but yet u use blade skills for 120seconds xD

Nice... :o But the decrease in def isnt worth it IMO. Also is the reinforce still the same and for a +9 is it higher (I think O_O). Reinforce is used to calculate damage too

So u get probably an extra +2/3 weapon ( considering its only phy and it doesn't effect the reinforce ) for 84% of your phy defense? I wouldn't be using that skill against any str build.

Idd..You dont know how good (or bad) it works unless you try it yourself.

From what I understand its 84% defence decrease for the SHIELD, not your total defence.

how do you get damage like of a glaive? the blade skills u use still have lower absolute (xxx-yyy) and relative (%) damage.

i dont think it will help INT's that much...

Thats what I'm saying. If an S/S uses the level 80 one then he basically gave up his shield for some physical attack power, which btw won't help much because S/S is mostly magical dmg. Might as well pull out a spear or w/e.

Spear when you Snow Shield, S/S When you don't; repeat. Your nukes will still be high as a Rastafarian on a Holy Day.

din want to repeat that many times but its 74% reduction of shield phy def (ie. shield phy def power + shield phy reinforce add 2gether), NOT YOUR TOTAL PHY DEF NOR MAG DEF of shield

at best, its like a pure str glaiver (w/o shield) tanking, although u hv still 1/4 of the phy def of the shield remaining

Phy. attack power 119 Increase
its phy attack power, reinforce will not be affected
(just like when u + ur weap, reinforce will stay the same too)

Ugh... If you truly believe it is only the face value being boosted then you are getting less than a 1-2% boost to your Phy Attack only...

Who cares if it is the difference between +5 and +9... Only shows that Blades phy damage increases very little per level...

There was an older topic about 90 skill csro testing. The person who posted it said that the skill also has to do with you reinforces of the shield and the amount of def. reduced, and he said that a sun shield +7 with that skill (sun blade too =\) Made his dmg go up by 4K damage or smth. But i dunno where that thread is *goes to search*

Wouldn't it be useless for the int to get more phys atk at the cost of the defense > >.

if the nuker is a hybrid he could pull some phy attacks and pwn u with sheilds defense that low....

i believe it works this way

it takes 74% phy def from your shield and adds it to the phy attack power of 119

so.. a lvl 85+0 shield, phy 0% has phy def of 132.3, it takes off 74%, which is 97.9 and adds it to 119, and you get 216.9


and your origional +5 blade becomes

why i think shield def is added? because someone said the better the shield, the better the +phy dmg will be

and obviously, with a +5, phy 50% shield, your bonus atk dmg will be higher
