Found a very interesting article about Blizzard. They threaten to sue the creator of "Glider bot".

Easy all they gotta do is not put who they are on the bot and blizzard cant find em ^.^. Erase all copyrights and junk and they easily evade it. Unless they are selling the bots of course then they got another issue.
