Ok, the creators of wow are english, though they have a support line in: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian.
Like they speak all those languages. JM needs to hire a staff for a support center. Dont tell me WoW does it because you pay for that game. JM has a big income from the item malls in all the versions of the game. They can easily hire a staff.

Can we please get over the fact that Blizzard pwnes JM. We know it. It is so and it will stay so because JM only cares for gold. If their game dies. Care they will make a new 1. Blizzard wants WOW to keep growing, each expansion new players etc..

Because sro is f2p
thats why
all f2p games suck customer service wise. Simply not enough funds to keep the lines going all the time.
Simply put, p2p > f2p. And in all honestly, they ussually turn out cheaper to play.

Like i said dont give me the
WEAK argument that SRO is f2p. I think you will be surprised if you would know what JM gets from the item mall. They can easily hire some people to support us with that money.

Cause you know what they get from item mall, or what they have for expenses for 20 or something servers? I'm sure you know all that, and will quote me some exact numbers.

lets say on average theres 1000 people per server that buy silk * leaving the other 2500 as gold bots and not buying silk players*, also assuming each server has 3500 people
Now lets say theres 25 servers * i lost count*. Now lets say the average person spends $40 per month on silk
So thats 40 x 1000 x 25 = $1 000 000
Now wow has what.. 10 million users? And i assume the average fee for wow is about $15?
10,000,000 x 15 = 150 000 000
I rest my case?

No its just common sense. If you count all the versions of SRO together you know that a lot of people buy silk. That makes a shitload of money.
And about the f2p thing im not so sure about that. We all know that its way harder if you are playing completely for free.

Joymax has way less servers to pay and way less users to support so they need way less money.

10mil accounts made, not currently active, but still, money made from sale of game is impressive enough.
10mil x $20 (was more, but lets just pretend it's always been $20) = 200mil
Expansion = $30 I believe, lets say half of the users have that. 5mil x $30 = another $150mil. Plus the monthly income.

Like I said how much users does JM has to support and how much users does blizzard have to support.

Even if JM gets a lot of money from item mall, Blizzard is still 100 times richer. Blizzard got enough to have employees in several countries etc.
Nothing we can do

Perfect workd a free mmo has great customer service they allways have a GM online who helps out and if you have a problems its really easy to get in contact with and get customer service.
I found a few bots ingame i clicked on report bot ingame bam 5 seconds later a GM appeared and banned them all i wish SRO would have great customer service like that game.

And from what I heard, Perfect World was run by companies who sell bots and sell gold in SRO and other MMOs. Hmm, I wonder how much money THEY have?
Seriously, if you have to maintain 30 servers for ONE version of a game, have money to develop the game (iSRO being run by the developer and not someone else), maintain the server and game as well as they can as well as making sure they keep kSRO running, and keeping the updates happy and compatible with every other version of SRO, that money could disappear very very fast. And that's before it even gets into the hands of a few people employed for customer service.
So before you go bitching about something and comparing two companies who have completely different annual incomes, step back, take everything into perspective, THEN state your conclusion.

There was a post on the sro website forums about how much annual income Joymax gets. They make bread, but Blizzard is a bread factory.

Do you think Joymax doesn't officially go Pay 2 Play because of competition and losing revenues? Do you think it's a money making scheme of being Free 2 Play giving off a psychological method in which it makes people think, "Oh this game was free anyway I'll just buy a few things from item mall this month to try it out." Then BAM! They get addicted to this game and start buying more?
Sorry don't know much about WoW but does WoW have a sort of Item Mall?

lol simply they don't have many employees, and the gms were game developers, who are busy working on developing new content, or would like us to think so

Nope wow doesnt have a item mall. I pay em 12 bucks a month and I can always log in and I never have any lag. And that with the great amount of users that are playing.

We understand where you're coming from, but the fact is customer service has been a long standing issue in this game and what has Joymax done in regards to this? Well not much.
So then i'll ask this question:
If you were a businessman would you release a dedicated Customer service team capable of speaking and comprehending many different languages, for a game that you know is heavily bugged and plagued with bot problems?
I guess the answer would depend on your intention.
