Just wondering if this is happening in any other servers. Gold bots congregating and getting naked, transferring all their items.

A different sight considering we only ever see gold bots line up at the town herbalist and protector trader.

were there alot of bot traps at hotan? maybe they all de-lvled so their armour became useless

It's kinda hard to make traps at hotan. 90 cap will make it easier though

A high trader or thief with a light bower npc hunter/thief attacking them and causeing damage to splash onto other players. THey stand on the spot that the bots are fixated to run to when they return to town.

Nah, in Greece the goldbots go murderer so they can delevel to stay at the current mobs they are at, like the devil eyes for the elements. They take off all their gear and die it off after the inspection.

bots are always doing wierd things... on olympus for a while the lvl 64 + ones would run out with just a lvl 64 sword on and go the the grinding area and die. -_-

hell some people in venice were doing it and it was good they had like 3-4 light thiefs lvl 80 and bam bot dead (caused alot of lag in hotan tho)

I've come to the conclusion that if JoyMax makes it so lightning NPC thieves can't kill people with splash, then I'm done with SRO because they honestly don't care.

seeing as bots dont have emotions or are esentialy just programs, its physicaly impossible for them to get scared

Gold bots are weird indeed, i saw a pure int bower bot lvl69+ called sosvos or something pvping at dw south lol.

Even me being lvl70 i hit him 8k no crit, talk about shitty gear

This same thing happened on Rome Server, jsut on a smaller scale. About 6 or 7 naked goldbots stood around Hotan Storage

euro thieves only come in euro, and there aren't a lot of gold bots in euro.

anyway, funny situation.

I apologize for the bump-

On athens, goldbot's were [strip] training for a week+ before the bot ban came.

all the "decently" "sell-able" "good" gear was taken off any characters, that could have been a target.

Then the bot ban came, swept house.

And now the bot's are going to level up again, and use the same gear.

alot of 7x goldbots on athens got banned at the kara's

It wouldn't surprise me if some how the gold company is h4x0ring joymax's database and like completly pwnz saucing joymax...

or joymax just told the company's, hey.. casual bot ban, clean house

..


new premium makes alot of people preeeeeeeeeety unstoppable

this game has lost almost all purpose

If u make a noob char with a gold bot name, and exchange with them, they'll probably give u money

in redsea gold bots were grinding naked..probably making extra money as a stripper/prostitute

wrong, they only trade with people using a specific client type, you'd have to find out what kind of client type they use (usually unique from user to user) and then trade them, which is unlikely because they usually do the gold-transfer discreetly and not at a set time.

the dying part is just delevel goldbots sometimes get delevelled because other areas will be too crowded.

guess they getting those goldbots to a certain level then start fresh one, costs less if they get banned and by starting fresh goldbots they might save those couple they stripped after a ban then start using those higher level ones.

you cant exchange goldbots they only accept a certain char name on a specified location, but while they are moving items( believe gold is done automatically 24/7) you can invite them in guilds, usually done right before inspection or right after it.
