bug?

Is it just me or is the guild logo bugged?
Cuz yesterday at 6pm GMT+1 i used the scroll and got the logo up but the info said a couple of min before it would show.. And now its gone almost a whole day! And its still white..
So plz tell me is this a bug or not?

Seen alot of guilds with white squares lately...Dunno if they all changed their logo's but I sure think that there is something wrong. : )

Happening on Hera too. Lots of people were crying for the union logo and now that we've got it, nobody can see it. LOL

Sometimes i cant see the guild logo either.
