I was expecting it to be 40 USD at the least and I was still going to buy it.

30 I was still hoping for, but it's even cheaper than I expected.

What I really want to know is if it's true that the 'lv 2' PT has a upgraded SP quest with a 10k sp reward

The way i see it is like this.

Most gamers that play p2p mmo's spend $30 a month, its an average figure. Not too dear but still enough for good profit. Now in terms of silk that is 300 silk. So for 300 silk i would rather buy a normal premium + a monkey revival clock * assuming u got the monkey the 1st time * and have a bit over 50 silk left over for globals and ress scrolls or w/e takes your fancy, as opposed to buying the "premium plus" and having a left over 10 silk.

Depending on what work i get for next few months i might get it.
No way in HELL im grinding 5 hours a day though, 3 hours max unless im really bored.
I still think ill stick with normal PT + ST + monkey.
Ill buy that when im full farmed and dont need monkey/st anymore, just for stats.

I wouldn't pay $29 for that. Seriously $29 for only 28 days of use.. 5 hours of double exp would be overwhelming specially if you miss a day or are busy, boom you'd have to deal with 10 hours the next day.

hmmm lets see new pt 290 silks + st78 silks + pet 48 sils = $41.6 !!!! that means i haf to charge $45 each month...............

Nice and easy, 200 silk, no mess, no hassle, no having to to buy 100 more silk just for something which is 30 silk

My point was that this way, you can buy 300 silk and restrain yourself from getting more. But if they did 301 silk, you'd HAVE to buy 350 silk. So more money for them.

Ahh, but joymax is clever... They realize people don't want to spend 35 bucks a month, so they just make you spend 30... I dunno, lol -_-. They're just masters of business I guess.

I'm Just trying to say that -not like I don't have the money to spend or anything- but does JoyMax Actually deserve to price an item which cost them mer cents at such a steep price compared to other games out there that actually do something to make the money... Not just sit back all month coming up with some kinda of skim to make money by doing the lease possible.

Double ditto. If I spent 30 bux a month on my current MMO I could be ungodly rich in game. If I spend it on SRO I get the pleasure of being the unwashed poor in a server full of gold bots and well decked player bots tithing to a company that does nothing. I like SRO but I don't like SRO.
