Ok for all that dont know, so dont flame me for saying you knew this months ago bla bla bla, i dont care.

Ok so, as the bot is traveling from the blacksmith to pot lady in anytown, start to spam the bot as fast as you can with exhange (do it when there close to pot lady or your finger will get tired),
your aim is to do it fast enough that the bot cant select and go into the pot buying process because your spamming it, after, anywere from 3-10 seconds standing them spamming the bot, it will just disapear aka DC.

Im not sure if it works for gold bots...but i know it workd for normal bots, like player bots...its great when your in hotan doing it

no... your wrong,
by the time the bot refuses it you've sent him 6 more requests, its fool proof, ive tested it so much and it ALWAYS works.

theres an ingame setting to turn off exchange, so the server doesnt allow you to even recieve an exchange request.

well ive DC many bots...havnt come across one yet who i havnt been able to....

thats because they haven't check that option in game.

So chances are it will work, noob.

It probably works most of the time until a botter or two gets smart and catches onto your plan.
But its a waste of time. Dealing with bots is not something players should be doing. Its JM that should.

Its especially kool when you were doing it so i could log into hera

Well since JM isn't doing jack shit its up to us players

By the way, even if you have the exchange option checked off in your options, you're still unable to open the potions menu as long as the spam keeps coming in. Several people have tried this on me whenever I'm on my 7X character so please make sure the person you're spamming is a bot and not a real player. It gets really annoying at times.

I always get some noob exchange spamming me whenever im cape fighting or jobbing outside town. F'n annoying.

I did it once. But instead of DC them, I got DC with ???? error. I guess only high performance pc could do that...

I remember the botters in Hera whining about it. A botter globaled that it only works on iSRObot and not on tBot. :S

To the people saying about the trade of, it still works regardless. The flaw is in the bot program's inability to handle a large number of requests. So even if it's still turn off, it needs to receive the request to deny it.

Just before anyone says "how do you know so much?", it's simple logic. It doesn't work on someone with the official client from Joymax.

Even high performance PCs get that error. The problem is not the person's RAM/Graphics Card (unless its really poor)--it's the game.

Fortunately, most botters are retards.

I get spammed semi-frequently, thank you very much, and I find it quite annoying to try to click on the potion lady while this stuff hits me. I get enough "party plz" and party requests because I'm a cleric. I really hope nobody does this to me on a very bad day.

So, I'll reiterate that everyone should be sure you are spamming a bot PLEASE.

Does it only work in Hotan, or does it also work in Dowhang and Jangan?

When people spam me for exchange during pvp I just don't press cancel, I move the "Confirm/Cancel" bow to the side and continue to fight.

i love to sit at home and spam people on MMO's!!!
