Could a level 44 powerlevel a character at ongs very well? Or would 53 be WAY better?

actually all chinese build work fine for powerlvling maybe except glaver.

bicheon can use petal dance, itreally rock, on my s/s I was using all the time, only using nuke on pt champ or giants.

and atm im still in D6 gear, (you could use npc like at ongs though .. with just a fiew ints on it).
i myself dont have a spear either, if i find one while grinding ill keep it for you

Wont matter how hard Chuck hits... Tyson would bite his ear like he did to that one guy he was fighting.
