Problems Creating New Guild Logo?

Hey
Ive been adding new guild logo yesterday, but its still just a white square :\
Another guild in the union had the same problem, we're not doing anything wrong..
Its 16x16 and in BMP, saved as guildmark ..
Anyone else had trouble with this lately?

It might be a bug cause lately ive seen alot of emblems just white..

I spent 40 k gp to delete -> make it over again

Stupid like me paid 8 mils for the guild emblem, and still got white flag for about 5 days ago. Changed it 4 times x 2mils = 8 mils
