PREMIUM TICKET IS A SCAM !

I started a new char on server hera...
i lvled to lvl 5 and bought p-ticket..
i restarted game and it says that i cant conect becasue of server traffic!!
I have p-ticket that should be gone then...
anyone have the same problem??
iam thinking about to a charge back but then i think they will block my acc and i have my main char on another server and dont wanna lose it
plz help

Yea its very sad when ppl just ask for help in a forum that is made for ppl in this game to help and share experience whit eachother get attacked by ppl for no reason..But there r always that kind of ppl where ever u r in the world lol..

Thought you had to be level 10 to use Gold tickets and lvl 5 for silver... is it the same for premium?

i believe the premium ticket actually reads like "preferred game accesss: users can log into game during server traffic" Doesnt actually state "you will get in automatically on first log in try" lol.
how many times did you try to log in? did you try once and didnt get in, so you made an angry thread about it?

I think there might be a bug on it on all servers actually. One of my guildmates was just complaining about the same thing and he's had his for a week.

I have a high lvl acc on zeus so thats why i can buy silk when i start a new char becasue its on the same aacount so sro have reg my other char as lvl 10 ++
And when u have p-ticket u can always log in on first try..
this is the first time i have this problem since they start sell premium
I spend 4 hours yesterday to try log in on that server lol..
I was really really mad and the server only holds 2000 ppl so thats make it inpossible to log on becsuase 1500 is gold bots
On a old server is it 3500 ppl max
Does anyone know when this bug can be fixed?have anyone heard something?
becasue it feals like getting robbed lol..
I always use premium becasue i hate sit there and try log on for hours

Actually your not alone confused..im having the same problem and so are alot of people..Check the official forums and see for yourself. MD doesnt seem to care much though...
I think its only with Hera..make a bug report so it gets noticed
