Is this character build out of date?

Is it accurate, like is the sp accurate and all?

it doesnt have snowshield in cold; outdated

It's from 70 cap. Wish it was updated, it is the best one around.

This is one the one with new skills. Takes a while to load but its a cool one. You just dont have the Character Str and Int section.
