I have premium and when i try to login it gives the usual message..
wth?

premium has ended, servers are down, wrong account, joymax dont like you, and thats all i can think of to be a problem eheh

are you trying to log in to the same server that ur character with premium is cause it seems that premium works only for the server on wich it was activated or ur premium has ended

You'd be pwnt if you REALLY have premium and they won't let you log in. That's how bad the SRO traffic is.

um for some reason the server was on rome not Hera..?

If you are on the last 24 hours of your premium ticket the vip login is disabled...
I do not know if what fixed yet but there is the possible problem

Yeah it was because another server was selected then the one your premium is on. I tried logging onto hera before and my premium is on rome and i got the same server trafic message.Lame if you ask me though, same account,I should be able to log onto any server i want, i paid for the damn privilege =/

damn for some reason, your on Hera as well as me lol. thats not the point , but look my friend got the same problem that just started occurring for some reason. he has bought a premium and tried to login today and it would not let him in cause like you were having it was saying the usual message with server traffic. so possibility give it another 1 day or so and it should start working and if not post and spam like hell on the forums of silkroad and try to get there attention about this issue

Hera is overcrowded with bots and non DC clients ^^
I had problems myself with a gold ticket running and entered a bug report stating that I would do a chargeback if their service wasn't improved. I'm able to login within five minutes now.
