My guess:
1 person for bot list
1 person for backup edit: I saw 3 GMs on Xian.. so my number is 3 now!

my guess is 1 guy for the bot ban and a bot for the inspections >.>
and the one guy spilled his coffee over the computer while reading the news paper, so it crashed and had to be extended for 1 hour >.>

Oh spilled coffe is old. After several times it was spilled, JM bought water proof keyboards and pc
