nProtect GameGuard

I have not been online in Silkroad for about 7 days...
Time constraints and failure to login have forbid me to play.
So I thought i'd stir something up and wrote to Inca about the use of their nProtect GameGuard by Joymax even if its just a fancy logo splash screen at the start of the game without any actual program running.
Hell it sure beat me wasting my 45 mins break from work trying to press connect as many times as possible.

Webmaster,
I am writing in regards to the use of your product GameGuard by the company Joymax Inc.
First I would like you to understand a little bit of history about this company.
Joymax are the owners of an online mmorpg called Silkroad Online which has been running International servers for more than 2 years.
Joymax advertises that it incorporates Inca's GameGuard program for the security of SilkroadOnline. When you run the SilkroadOnline application the logo for nProtect Gameguard appears giving the user the impression that your company is protecting the game. However it is not actually running your program GameGuard.
Joymax have been using your company to falsely give the impression their game is safe for users to play. This is far from the truth as their website and their game have many security holes allowing hackers to infiltrate and steal peoples accounts.
In fact security issues with Joymax are so poorly dealt with that another website http://www.rev6.com publicly announced their concerns for Joymax customers warning that Joymax's security was so flawed you could simply gain access to another person account and change their password just by knowing a target person's account name! rev6 then stated if Joymax does not take action to fix their website they will release the security flaw publicly. Joymax ignored the threat and on the 27th November 2007 rev6 made public the security flaw.
27th November 2007, thousands upon thousands of accounts were hacked. It took Joymax a whole day to shutdown their website to stop the infiltration. Their website was so overrun with people hacking accounts that it would time out due to the workload.
However Joymax still to this day gives the impression their game is safe to play due to nProtect GameGuard. The truth is GameGuard is not even being used! They simply show the GameGuard logo every time the game SilkroadOnline is run falsely giving the impression your company is protecting their customers!
I have browsed Inca's website and I checked the companies that currently are licenced to use your product "nProctect GameGuard". I do not see Joymax Inc or SilkroadOnline in this list.
So I have some questions for your company.
Does Joymax Inc or SilkroadOnline have the rights to use your program nProtect GameGuard currently?
Are you aware that Joymax IS using your company as "pretend" security against hackers in the game SilkroadOnline?
How do you think the publicity for GameGuard is affected in a situation like this?
Will any action be taken in this situation with Joymax Inc?
My questions are directed at you not only for my sake but on behalf of the SilkroadOnline community (http://www.silkroadforums.com) who question why your company would allow this to happen. This letter and answers will be posted publicly for the perusal of all Silkroad Customers.
Thank you for your time, I look forward to your reply.
