Whenever I'm on grinding, I'm generally listening to Vent.
Otherwise, nothing wrong with a bit of metal and rock playing. Occasional bit of dance and trace, as well as some instrumental pieces.

bon jovi, metallica, element eighty, linkin park, paul van dyk, sometimes i put on my coldplay list or just random techno and game soundtracks.. mainly final fantasy ost or chrono cross ost.. and sooooometimes, just the background music

I listen to a bit of everything minus the emo, i just load my winamp list with all songs loaded.
If i feel i need to G myself up because grinding is getting tiresome, i just jump to a song which would G me up, i got like 10,000 songs so whatever jumps to my mind
