I failed +8 (The tale of the 500 million)

So....I got a nice drop today a sword. Critical 13 very nice.
I had just come back from making botters murderer lol.
I go for alchemy on the sword and it fails first try with lucky powder to +1....wtf
I take a look at the status window and it tells me it ate immortal
There was no immortal on the sword....holy FU*F*C!)*!# B%**%* (etc etc)

Erm... I got +8 with 24 elixirs... All I had was +6 luck on it, premium, and lucky powder and immortal... and I got it... did that on 4 items, but other 3 were +7... I don't find it that hard, other than the stupid cost of D8 luck stones...

each weapon has its own luck factor, you obviously had a good one

Usually when you INVEST in something you make a profit out of it. But that's business wise.
Even if you do or not make enough money. Why spend it on a game? Why not going out? Traveling? Well its your money so you can choose to invest it in your way.

$10 usd = 100 silk
$1700 usd = 17000 silk
17600 / 46 = 369
369 / 2 = 184 astrals and 184 immortals.
There is now way in hell that i am believing you have put 184 astrals on a weapon. Either thats just some kind of "show off" figure, or you were spending that money on something other than silk. Either way i don't believe it for a second.
Also lets not consider the fact that you can only buy 3000 silk per month, it would of taken you 6 months to get that much silk.

400$ = Gold / 1,000,000,000 for elixers + Stones
500$ = For the sun wep

You cant fail +1 with lucky powder ive done it over 1000 times.
If your sword had imortal the only time it would possibly eat it is if you failed anything higher than +5.
Higher than +5 and there is a very high chance it will either eat imortal or destroy your wepon.

God your just plain rerarded, he put his +7 spear in by a mistake and it failed +8, he thought he put in the +0 sword.

Anyways there some one on these forums who went from 1-+9 all in a row i remember seeing a screenie, Just sucks to be you i guess, but dunno worry your luck will hopefully get better

I would have lol if you got to+9. But yeah Awhile ago my friend was letting me use his 52sos spear+5 and I accidentally used a weapon elixer on it cause I was trying to +5 my 60 spear. And he ended up getting a +6 Spear
He was mad at first cause I used alchemy on it when he todl me not to, but then I said "dude, it's +6 now" so he said "oh WTF, sweet"...........Then he tried to +7 and failed lol
